Calculated Training Plans
- What’s included: Prebuilt 12-week plans, written and inspired by a Doyen’s training leading up to one of their most accomplished performances. The plan you receive is custom formulated to your own mileage and workout paces based on your maximum weekly mileage and goal race time that you enter. Within each plan, you’ll receive more than just workouts, mileage and paces. Each plan comes with comments and advice to support you throughout every day of the plan.
- Who it’s for: Someone who is looking for an affordable pre-built plan from someone who has mastered the distance.
- How it works: Select our 1 mile, 5k, 10k, ½ Marathon, or Marathon Training plan, then enter your maximum weekly mileage, goal race time, and your target race date. You’ll then receive an invite to create an account in our training log system. Once you’ve done that, you’ll receive your training plan uploaded to your calendar leading up to your goal race date.
While our prebuilt training plans are a great starting point, please note that these Training Plans are calculated based on formulas and do not include any personal coaching or daily adjustments to your plan. To receive more personalized support throughout your daily training, please see our Personal Coaching.
