How it Works

The Adaptive Strength Plan for Runners

Get To Know Each Other

First, you’ll schedule some time to discuss your running history, goals and any existing injuries that may be leading to muscle imbalances.

This will help lay the foundations of your strength plan.

Weekly Strength Plan

Then, you’ll begin receiving a weekly plan of exercises that are customized to help you maximize your running performance and prevent injury.

You’ll have access to an online platform with video demonstrations of all your exercises and a plan that is adjusted weekly as you progress.
