Every runner starts somewhere and there’s no shame in being a “newbie”. There’s a lot to learn about running and how to train. Tara Welling will answer any questions you have and help guide you on all the basics.

When training, every runner should have a clear and realistic goal they are working toward. T.J. Garlatz will assess your running background and work with you to set realistic running goals you can work toward in both the near and distant future.

Crafting Your Marathon Taper

The taper is a critical component to Marathon Training. As you get closer to race day, Lindsay Flanagan will provide guidance and tips to adjust your training so you’ll feel fresh and ready to rock when you toe the start line.

Finding Your Ideal Weekly Mileage

The amount of weekly mileage is the foundation to anyone’s training. Ryan Vail will help you find your ideal maximum weekly mileage, along with the proper way to build toward that amount.

Training Plan Review & Feedback

If you already have a training plan that you’re following but looking for some personalized feedback or adjustments, Mark Hadley will review with you and provide suggestions to make sure your training fits your experience and goals.

Running with a Busy Lifestyle

With a busy lifestyle, keeping up with your training can be tough. In this session, Jess Tonn can provide you some helpful tips and motivation to help keep you training toward your goals.

Injury Rehab & Prevention

If you have a nagging or chronic injury, our Dr. of Physical Therapy, Michael Herrera will provide you with a few customized recommendations for how you can build up strength in order to recover faster and prevent future injury so you can stay healthy and running strong.

Diet Analysis & Recommendations

Our professional nutritionist, Will Benitez will assess your current dietary habits and make recommendations on how you can improve your nutrition to maximize your energy, recovery and general health.

Race Strategy & Preparation

You’ve done most of the training and you have a goal, but to get the most out of any race, you also need a race strategy. Aaron Braun will help you craft the perfect race strategy to hit your goals in your next race.
