- What’s included: A custom training plan, built from scratch, by the Doyen of your choice and specifically for any race you’re training for.
- Who it’s for: Someone who already has basics to training down and looking for a customized training plan with daily workouts built by a top Pro.
- How it works: Select the Doyen you want to write your plan for either a 1 month, 3 month or 6 month duration. Within the checkout process you’ll complete a questionnaire about your running background and goals which will inform the Doyen to build your plan. You’ll then receive an invitation from your Doyen to create an account in our training log portal. Once you create that account, your Doyen will put your training plan on your calendar.
With any custom plan, you will be able to message your Doyen about any questions/details regarding workouts, however custom training plans do not include any coaching or adjustments to your plans. To receive more personalized support throughout your daily training, please see our Personal Coaching. Or, you can utilize our Video Chat Consultations as a way to receive supplemental support in addition to your training plan.
