Hi! If you’re getting ready for an upcoming half marathon, I’d love to help you get training with an individualized plan. After you complete a training questionnaire, I’ll apply my own training and coaching experience to build a plan tailored specifically for your race date and time goal which will include daily mileage, workout paces and personal commentary. This training plan will be sent to you in our training log platform where you can track your training as you go. Once I finish building your plan, we’ll be able to schedule a time to review it together so you can ask any questions you have and make any final adjustments if needed.

Tara Welling is the 2016 USA Half Marathon National Champion, having run a course record time of 1:10:25 in Columbus, OH (that’s just under 5:23/mile!). Additionally, Tara is one of only three athletes to have run in both the 10k and 5k final at the 2012 and 2016 Olympic Trials, placing in the top-10 three different times.
