After scheduling, you’ll receive an email which will include a unique hyperlink to join your coach. When your appointment time arrives, all you need to do is click that link! You can also add the invite to your calendar which will store that meeting link in the location so you have it for easy access.

Before booking any consultation appointments, we ask that you please make sure you are committed to showing up for that session. However, we do understand that “life happens” in the even you need to reschedule. Within your confirmation email you will have an option to do so. Please remember that our coaches may be planning their day around your scheduled session so it is best to either hold your commitment to that time or give as much advance notice as possible.
Yes! There will just be a quick app download you’ll be prompted for (Zoom Video), but otherwise you are good-to-go while on-the-go. Just make sure you have a strong internet connection to avoid buffering.
We truly care about making sure you have the best training experience possible. If for any reason you’re not happy, we can help set you up with another coach or even refund you. Just email us, and we’ll find a way to make it right.
Whether you choose Personal Coaching or a Custom Training Plan, both are options that will provide you with fully customized training built specifically for you. The biggest difference is that Personal Coaching includes unlimited and ongoing support as you progress throughout your training. Your “Doyen” will truly be your Personal Coach and guide you through all our integrated training features, includes daily written communication, updates to your training as needed, and weekly video chat check-ins as you need them.
You have two options: There is a link included within your confirmation email, or you can simply email us at any time.
Within your confirmation email, you will have a Certificate Code. If you click the link within your confirmation email, this code will automatically be applied to void the cost of a 30-minute session as you are scheduling. Or, you can use this code manually to waive the cost of a 30-minute session from our website or on their personal profile page. Either way, you’ll want to save your confirmation email!
It’s totally up to you if you would like to use these video sessions for face-to-face time with your coach. You do not need to use them, however. If you prefer only written communication, you are welcome to do so through the training platform.
You may also use the session without the video camera enabled which will serve the same as a phone call.
For privacy reasons, it is our policy that none of our coaches are required to use their personal email or phone number as communication with their athletes. However, these are still options for communication if preferred and arranged individually with your coach.
Yes. If preferred, you can purchase pre-paid 1 month, 3 month, or 6 month options which are linked here.
