For new runners, you’ll most likely want to consider a Personal Coaching plan (1 month, 3 months, or 6 months). This includes everything you need through a one-on-one coaching experience with the Doyen of your choice. You’ll be covered with everything including: goal setting, a customized daily training plan, unlimited communication, an interactive training log, and regular video chat sessions.
