Coach's Accomplishments

Training Style

My two passions in life are fitness (specifically running) and helping others, which have ultimately led me to become a coach. I believe there is no better gift in life than helping someone achieve their goals.

Working multiple jobs and training as an elite distance runner, I know what it’s like to balance a full schedule and how to adjust training schedules according to the everyday demands of life. As a coach, I like to build each of my athletes up slowly in order to build confidence and fitness, while avoiding injury.

A few of my biggest coaching beliefs are knowing your why (knowing your reasons for chasing after your goals), just because something is on paper, doesn’t mean you NEED to do it, and that more isn’t always necessarily better. As a coach with RunDoyen, I want to help others achieve their running goals!

The Bronze-level Custom Training Plan is a one-time purchase based on the number of training weeks you select. After your onboarding consultation, your coach will prescribe all your training at once.

The Silver-level Adaptive Weekly Training is a monthly subscriptionYour coach will prescribe your training on a weekly basis rather than all at once. In addition, you’ll be able to chat with your coach along the way in case you have any questions about workouts.

With Gold-level Personal Coaching, you’ll be upgraded to full communication with your coach, including weekly Zoom or phone calls as needed. Addi Zerrenner

Addi grew up playing many different sports, with a focus on soccer as she wanted to be just like her big brother, Zack Zerrenner, who is a 3-time club national champion and played for UCLA. When Addi was a freshman in high school, she decided to go out for Track & Field to stay in shape for soccer. She soon developed a love for putting one foot in front of the other as fast and long as she could that far outweighed her love for soccer. She decided to devote her sole attention to running and continued to run Cross Country and Track & Field throughout high school, ultimately earning a scholarship to run for The University of Arizona.

At Arizona, Addi ran for 4.5 years in Cross Country and Track & Field, earning PAC-12 honors, All Region honors, and qualifying for NCAA Cross Country Nationals in her final season of Cross Country as well as leading her 2019 Cross Country team as team captain. Addi has always had a passion for helping others and decided to major in Care, Health, & Society with dual minors in Public Health and Psychology. While at Arizona, Addi also developed a passion for strength training and studied to become an NSCA Certified Personal Trainer. She decided to make a career out of her love of helping others, strength training, and running and pursue a career in personal training, group fitness teaching, and run coaching.

Since graduating in December of 2019 from the University of Arizona, Addi has found success in run coaching, specifically with online athletes. Balancing a busy work and training schedule, Addi understands how to structure a running plan that is achievable with many of life’s demands. She has been coaching an array of runners, from kids to college students to parents, and is excited to continue her coaching resume as a RunDoyen coach.
