Then, you’ll begin receiving a weekly plan of exercises that are customized to help you maximize your running performance and prevent injury.
You’ll have access to an online platform with video demonstrations of all your exercises and a plan that is adjusted weekly as you progress.
Your coach will be with you every step of the way as you progress toward becoming a stronger and more efficient runner, including tips to improve your running gait.
You get unlimited email communication with your coach Michael in addition to the option of scheduling weekly check-ins (phone or video chat) to discuss/review your progress or any questions you have about your exercises.
